Are you ready for another challenge? We will stick with two weeks again. I like small goals. They are much more attainable than say 3 months. You are more likely to stick with it and will feel accomplished when you reach your goal. My new motto is “Do you want to be average or a Rock Star!” If you don’t put forth the effort, you won’t see the results you want.
This time we will only do 5 days a week. If you want to add a 6th day, go for it!! I would recommend a cardio day for the 6th day.

I can’t wait to hear how it goes! Remember, you want to eat healthy. Try to get protein throughout the day. It will help repair and rebuild your muscles after a workout and it will keep you full for longer during the day. I know people are always giving carbs a bad rap. But you need good carbs to give you energy during the day. I am not saying go eat a bag of chips, but try to keep a good balance of carbs, protein and fat in your daily meals.
