I am working on putting together some new workouts. I did abs after my upper body this morning. I like using the Tabata timer. I can set it and don’t have to worry about losing count half way through a set.
For this routine you can use the Tabata timer, or a watch and keep track of the time. I set my timer for 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest. There is no rest between moves. Just go from one move right to the next. Rest for 30 seconds between sets. Complete three times. Have fun!
