This week has been hard for workouts. I have not had the motivation to go downstairs and workout. Both days I have forced myself to get off the couch and go sweat it out. Today was worse as I woke up not feeling well. Alex has been sick for a few days and it looks like I am now getting sick as well. I still pushed my way through the workout today and am glad I did.
Today was shoulders, back and biceps. I split it into two sections. Complete the first section 3 times before moving on to the next section for 3 rounds. Rest a minute or so between sets.
