I am excited to announce the 30 day workout challenge. I have been working on it for a while and am happy to share it with you all. This can all be done in the comfort of your home.
We are doing things a little different this time. I have a printable copy of the challenge. We will be working out 5 days a week, the 6th day is optional and 7th day for rest. Feel free to download and save it to your computer, or print it out so you can write your reps/sets on the page to keep track of your progress.
The only workout that is the same is the ab workout. All the rest are different for every day, nothing is repeated. I have introduced a couple different styles of training to mix it up for you. Read the whole workout before starting so you know what is on the agenda for the day. I find You Tube is helpful in learning or perfecting form for exercises.
You will need hand weights, a mat, resistance band, Tabata timer, and a stop watch for this. Tabata timers are so nice and make it much easier as it tells you when to change so you are not constantly looking at the clock. There are free Tabata timer apps out there to choose from.
These workouts do not take that long to do. They range from 15-25 minutes. I really want you to push yourself. Don’t go easy on yourself. Grab a heavier weight, and when the going gets tough, remember You can do this!! Complete one more rep when you think you can’t go anymore.
Take progress pictures at the beginning and end of the 30 days.
If you want to take full advantage of the month, pay close attention to your nutrition. I cannot express enough how important it is to put good foods in your body to see results.
I hope you all have fun during the next 30 days. I want you all to succeed in your fitness journey and would love to hear your feedback. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
*please consult a physician before starting any workout routine.
