After workout HIIT

I did biceps and triceps this morning from the 30 Day Challenge.  I thought I would get my heart rate up a bit after the workout and do a quick round of HIIT.

I set the timer for 40 seconds on with a 10 second rest.  I completed a total of 8 rounds.

The workout was as follows:  jumping jacks, push ups, mountain climbers, leg raises.  Then repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

It was a great way to end the workout today.
